Project Overview
This Gephart Electric proposal video was developed through a full creative production process that combined strategic messaging, storyboard planning, editing, motion design, and AI-assisted workflow support. Built around Gephart’s healthcare electrical experience, the piece was designed to present the company as a trusted, capable partner for Maple Grove Hospital through a polished and professional visual story.

The video was structured to highlight Gephart’s planning, coordination, and field execution, while also reinforcing the strength of its past healthcare work through the Altru Hospital project. From early concept development and scriptwriting to final pacing and post-production, each stage was shaped to create a presentation that felt clear, credible, and proposal-focused.
Video Production and Editing
Handled the full video production and editing process, including scene pacing, visual asset selection, text overlays, motion-based messaging, audio refinement, and final assembly. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and AI-supported tools were used to shape the final piece, combining construction footage, healthcare visuals, branded transitions, and structured pacing to create a polished proposal video centered on Gephart Electric’s capabilities and healthcare experience.

Special attention was given to balancing company messaging with project proof points, helping the video move from Gephart’s core strengths into the Altru Hospital example and then into the Maple Grove Hospital fit. The result was a more focused and persuasive presentation built for a proposal-driven audience.

Image to Video
Used AI image-to-video tools in Runway to transform select still visuals into motion-based sequences that added energy, depth, and visual continuity to the final piece. This process helped extend the creative range of the video by introducing subtle camera movement and cinematic pacing while staying aligned with the professional tone of the Gephart Electric brand.

These AI-assisted motion scenes supported the larger story by helping bridge planning, construction, and healthcare-environment visuals in a more dynamic way. The result added another layer of storytelling and helped create a more modern presentation without losing the proposal-focused tone.

Storyboard and script
Developed the storyboard and voice-over script to define the structure, narrative flow, and key messaging of the video from the start. The storyboard was used to map out visual progression across planning, construction, completed healthcare environments, and proposal-specific messaging, while the script was shaped to balance Gephart’s company strengths, the Altru Hospital proof point, and Gephart’s fit for Maple Grove Hospital.
InDesign, Excel, and supporting creative tools were used to organize the scene sequence, voice-over timing, and editing direction. This phase helped establish a strong production foundation and ensured the video felt intentional, organized, and aligned with the overall proposal strategy.

Logo animation
Created logo animation to give the video a stronger branded opening and closing presence. After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator were used to develop motion that felt clean, modern, and professional, helping frame the piece with a cohesive and elevated visual finish.

The animation was designed to support the overall tone of the video rather than overpower it, reinforcing the Gephart Electric brand with a polished intro and outro that fit naturally within the proposal presentation.
