Project Overview
Working with a limited library of existing video assets, this project relied on a combination of traditional editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted content creation to tell the Knutson Construction story. The goal was to create an engaging brand video that highlighted the company’s history, culture, and impact while maintaining a polished, professional presentation. By blending project photography, animation, and AI-generated visuals, the final piece expanded beyond the available footage to create a more complete narrative.
Video Production and Editing
The video was built through a combination of editing, motion design, AI-enhanced visuals, and voice-over production. Existing project footage and photography were carefully integrated with newly created visual elements to maintain momentum throughout the story. Voice-over narration was generated using ElevenLabs, providing a consistent and professional delivery that supported the pacing and messaging of the piece.

Image to Video
With limited video footage available, Runway was used to transform static project photography into dynamic visual sequences. Subtle camera movement, environmental animation, and AI-powered image-to-video techniques helped bring still images to life, creating additional visual interest while supporting the overall story. These sequences expanded the available content library and helped bridge gaps where traditional footage was unavailable.
Storyboard and Script
The project began with a detailed storyboard and script that established the structure, messaging, and visual direction of the video. Special attention was given to identifying opportunities where AI-generated visuals and animated photography could support the narrative, ensuring a cohesive story despite limited source footage. The storyboard served as the foundation for production, guiding both the creative and technical execution of the final piece.
Logo Animation
A custom logo animation was created in Adobe After Effects to provide a polished opening and closing sequence for the video. Using motion, timing, and visual transitions, the animation reinforced Knutson Construction's brand identity while seamlessly integrating with the overall style and pacing of the production.
